HOKKAIDO MILK BREAD CINNAMON ROLLS

Using the Hokkaido Milk Bread technique, these cinnamon rolls are fluffy and light, while retaining its satisfying chew. 

Ingredients: Water, Milk, Bread Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Dry Milk Powder, Eggs, Butter, Salt.

For the Icing: Cream Cheese, Butter, Sugar, Vanilla Extract
